Cancellation Policy

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation Before 24 Hours:
- Clients can cancel their scheduled service appointments without any penalty if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- No charges will be incurred, and any advance payments made will be fully refunded.
1.2 Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of $25 SGD will be retained by the company.
- The remaining balance of any advance payments will be refunded to the client.
1.3 No-Show Policy:
- If the client is not present at the scheduled service location and time without prior cancellation, the $25 SGD cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
2.1 Cancellation Due to Unavailability of Professionals:
- In the event that the company needs to cancel the service appointment due to the unavailability of professionals, the client will receive a full refund of any charges paid.
- The company will also make efforts to reschedule the service at a time convenient for the client.
2.2 Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Situations:
- If the company cancels the service due to unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, severe weather, or technical issues, a full refund of any charges paid will be provided to the client.
- The company will work with the client to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Timeframe:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the cancellation.
- The method of refund will be the same as the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2 Notification of Refund:
- Clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount refunded and the expected timeframe for the refund to appear in their account.
4. Contact for Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Customer Service:
- Clients can contact the company's customer service department to initiate cancellations or inquire about refunds.
- Customer service is available via phone, email, and the company's online portal during regular business hours.
5. Additional Terms
5.1 Policy Updates:
- The company reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through the company's website and via email.
5.2 Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be handled in accordance with the company's dispute resolution process, which is available upon request.
